This is a known bug with the current beta release of Wiki.js. A fix should be available in the near future with an updated release.
It's missing because we either didn't know it existed or we overlooked it. Please help improve the site by contributing this riddle to the site.

To create a library of known MEPBM information to help players, with a focus on new players. A number of information sites for MEPBM have gone offline over the years, and other sites (e.g. Bobbins) haven't been updated in 15+ years. The vaue in creating a wiki is that multiple people can contribute to improving the library over time and it's not dependent upon a single person to do all of the work.
Several hundred hours over the course of ten weeks, but depending upon when you read this page, it will be considerably more time as the site will continue to be updated.
Every MEPBM site out there other than the main site that is operated by GSI is not particularly well-supported. A number of old MEPBM sites aren't even accessible anymore, and the player community is losing access to valuable game content as these sites go offline. We wanted to create a modern Wiki that was supported by the player community ongoing and would remain online long-term.
Because Raven was in a rush to get the site launched and sometimes he used content from the British English rulebook and other times from American player sources. There is no consistency, but the underlying meaning remains in-tact. It may get cleaned up down the road.
The secondary nav column (for non-mobile users) displays a Table of Contents for the page, when the page was last edited, as well as a toolbar to Bookmark, Share, or Print the page (only Print is currently working). Additional tools will be included in this secondary nav column in future releases of Wiki.js. A future release will also include the ability to move this column over to the right side of the page, which is likely going to be the place it will live in the future.
Almost all of the information on this site is publicly-available from other onlines sources. We understand both sides of the argument on the issue of discoverable game information (e.g. artifacts, dragons, encounters, etc.), and where we end up after considering this is that sharing is better than withholding for the goals of this site. One of the primary goals of this site is to help new players learn and appreciate the game, and sharing as much information as possible about the game will help in this effort. If you're the type of player who likes to learn things and keep those secrets to yourself for an advantage in the game, by all means, continue to do that. If you're the type of player who likes to share knowledge, please consider contributing content here.
Raven Zachary, although the content itself comes from many different sources. Much of it is from Games Systems International. (GSI), Iron Crown Enterpises' (ICE) Middle-earth Role Playing (MERP) Game (where much of the source material in creating MEPBM was derived from), and some from players. We will credit the source, where possible. Sources are not always known.
