This order allows a character to attempt to cast any combat spell which they know. The chance of success is based upon the character’s casting rank for that spell. This casting rank will be improved by 1-5 points upon successful casting of the spell. In order for the spell to affect combat, the spell character must be travelling with the army involved in the combat.
