This order allows a character to attempt to cast a movement spell which they know. Movement cannot be to or from a water hex. The chance of success is based upon the character’s casting rank for that spell. This casting rank will be improved by 1-5 points upon successful casting of the spell. This spell affects only the character and any hostages they are carrying, and will fail if the character is an army, navy or company commander. This order is considered both a Mage order and a Movement order.
