This order allows a character to use the hiding artifact #41 ‘The Mantle of Doriath’ if it is in their possession. The effect lasts until dispelled, or until the artifact is used again to hide a different population centre, at which point the previously hidden population centre is revealed: the artifact may only hide one population centre at a time. The game typically starts with the artifact “in use” to hide a population centre. The population centre to be hidden cannot be under siege.
