Free Peoples: Encountered by a Cardolan army, but didn't kill troops or destroy food. (Bobbins.)
Evil Allegiance: Possibly recruitable? (Bobbins)
Neutral Allegiance: ?
Fell beasts will attack and kill the troops of good or neutral armies, stealing food in the process. They won't attack Dark Servants, but will steal food. It's rumored that the Dark Servants can recruit Fell beasts; how this is done (since the encounter has no options) is unknown.
